what should i run for timing on a 99mm ported 13.5-1 with a stg3 hc and full exhaust dyna cdi esr intake no box and 43mm fcr? is there a benefit to advancing +1? or should i run it straight up?

If its just a stage 3 I would run it straight up. Or wait till you get on the dyno and go from there.

Advancing the timing +1 degree is not going to show a whole lot. You can advance with stock compression bore and stroke but with your build I would retard the timming some to gain power.
