banshee 10mm jetting

i will like to know where to start on the jetting for my motor,,,,it'a banshee 10mm stealth vito's cylinder 465cc,68mm bore,ported,22cc head,200*exaust,130*transfer,pump gaz,4 * timing ,the carb are dual 35mm pwk air striker,k&n filter in open air box,, between 0-500 sea level,thanksss jm ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the needle is a DEK did i have to change it to a CEL ???? thanksssjm very appreciated

yes cel needle, 160-170 main 50-60 pilot should be a good starting point..... just make small adjustments and keep an eye on your plugs

I doubt you will find many people with that combo. Cylinders with 200/130 degrees with small bore pipes may need larger mains than normal I dont know. Normally 152-165 with 35mm carbs but like Bada said it may be up near 170? 200 degrees of exhaust and 130 degree transfers with 4 degrees of timing may be a pretty pipey motor that will not like to be off very far on the jetting.

i don't have alot of experience with 10mm stroker ...you think i got to much timing for that kind of motor ??? thanksss jm

put it on alky crank the timing up to around 6 or 7 degrees and never look back lol

I would think 4 or 5 degrees would probably be good on gas.
