It doesnt appear that either t-rex nor banshee760 have read the entire thread or no the history behind it...with that being said neither know the extent I had originally gone through to make this deal work out. Paypal cant refund me money on something that was confirmed as being delivered by not one but two drivers. They both signed sworn affidavits that they did deliver it to said address and were willing to go to court at that time. Just some back ground information for those too busy to read the whole thread...

Aside from paypal, this is more of a moral issue. He Lied to the fedex representative, the fedex investigator, this site, his friends, himself as well as me about never receiving the package then nearly 9 months later he post pictures of said parts on his facebook account. He was contacted by one of his friends and then pulls down the picture from his facebook as if hes ommitting evidence, if thats not an admission of guilt then I dont kno what is. The friend mentioned that he had made a few attempts to contact travis with no avail!

...with that being said I hope you guys never have a problem that paypal cant resolve especially in my neck of the woods because I will extend the same judgemental hand to you guys that Ive received.
